“ The high-brow burger was amazing. Love the build-your-own burger feature. We arrived right as they opened, no issue with finding a table on Tuesday for lunch. ”
“ Edit: a year later and 6 more visits… had to drop my rating. The service and quality have steadily declined. Still a good place, but not 5 stars. Not many burger places can claim to be this good, but you need to try this one out. The best part is that the supporting cast of food is so good, along with the burgers! I started with the bacon flight and was pleasantly surprised with how perfectly the bacon was cooked. Flawlessly done. Not too done, not under done and the seasonings were fantastic. The billionaire bacon is soo good and all the other ones hit nicely. Very good flavors. After that I had a 50/50 burger with bacon, cheese, onion rings and bbq sauce. What a treat… the flavors this thing had were fantastic. Juicy, flavorful, and the fixings on top were perfect. Again, the bacon was perfect. I’m glad I subbed the 50/50 patty and so should you. You won’t be disappointed. This is one fantastic burger. The star of the show for me though was the garlic Parmesan fries I got. I’m not a huge French fry fan, but I’d eat these any time of the day. They seemed like they were layered with seasoning throughout and not just sprinkled with seasoning like most. Generous portions of cheese and the chucks of garlic were a lovely treat if you like garlic. So much good food!!!! The atmosphere is really chill and the staff is super friendly and helpful. This place was hitting on all cylinders tonight and I couldn’t be happier with every part of the experience. Lots of warm thank yous as we were leaving. Love this place ”
“ We had a great dinner here last night before the show at Ball Arena. We came during happy hour and got to try the bacon mac and cheese balls for $6. The smash burger was delicious and so were the sweet potato fries (get the pumpkin sauce to dip them in! ) I came for one of their milkshakes but was too full to try one. Morgan, our waitress, got both of our orders right and I had a lot of modifications. We will definitely be back. ”
“ Parking is a little rough but I’d drive around 1000 times to eat here again . Walking into the building it’s clean very clean and inviting . We got sat down almost immediately and drinks in hand with in minutes .Servers were very busy, but they were very attentive to your table. Let’s get on with the food my favorite part. I ordered the Lonestar let me tell you a little bit about this burger. I saw on the menu They had onion straws, and bacon jam on the salad, but I could not find these two to be paired on a burger. so I had them ordered to put on my burger. I also got queso fries. There was miscommunication and we got the bacon jam and the onion straws and queso all on our French fries…hands-down best side dish ever with a hamburger. Those are definitely hamburger fries. I told the manager they should make it a special but to make things even better I took said French fries with queso, bacon, jam, and onion tanglers and I added it to the already monsters Lonestar burger. and that just made my burger that much better. I also told him they should make that a special as well because it was one of the best hamburgers I’ve ever ate. my wife said that her burger the original was really good as well. Denver has a lot of competition when it comes to burgers, but I think Slater’s 50-50 Has it figured out. ”
“ There is absolutely no way to accurately describe this establishment. I got the Denver Farmhouse Burger and expect to need a box to take home. This massive entrée isn't for a small appetite but you will try your best as the flavor is something out of this world. I live on the East Coast and have never had anything that superseded my taste buds like this. Hats off to the chef as my order came out looking like something out of a magazine (actual picture below). The service was very friendly and laid back with great suggestions. If you are in Denver this is something you are not going to want to miss. I see why it was listed as a top restaurant on social media. Congratulations Slater's you have certainly delivered.
